The Bare Minimum Magazine

A ‘Pura Vida’ Life

My feature in issue 4 of The Bare Minimum magazine looks at what we can learn from Costa Rica when it comes to sustainable fashion.

‘Ancient Cloud forests, boho beaches and teeming wildlife were all part of my initial attraction to Costa Rica. While travelling there, I learned that its beauty extends far beyond its insta-worthy views. A passion for sustainable living is inspiring a new wave of Costa Rican, or as they’re known locally, Tico designers. Not only are they trailblazing new artistic directions, but both designers and consumers are leading the way in forging a new, more meaningful relationship with fashion and beauty.’
